Electronic Pressure Regulators

SMC's ITV series electro-pneumatic and electronic vacuum regulators control air/vacuum pressure steplessly in proportion to an electric signal. They are light weight in design with a bright and easy to read LED display. The monitor output is available either as analog output or switch output. The ITV series is IP65 equivalent. It is available as an inline unit, DIN rail mount, and can also be ganged together in a manifold configuration.

Fittings and Tubing
SMC
SMC fittings and tubing are designed to work together to allow easy insertion and removal of tubing. Our fittings incorporate a positive tube seal while the fitting is under pressure, which allows polyurethane tubing to be used. Tubing is available in sizes of 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2". Metric tubing sizes of 3.2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16mm are available.

Jaco
JACO fittings are available in size ranges from 1/8" through 7/8" tube O.D. in all common figurations, such as union, bulkhead, male and female connectors, male branch and male run tees, tee unions and ferrule nuts. Metric sizes are also available on a special order basis. Various resins are used, depending on the application. JACO plastic fittings are made of either nylon, acetal copolymer, polypropylene, or polyvinylidene fluoride.

SMC Bar Ionizer rapidly eliminate static electricity from plastic films, injection molds, and packaging materials. SMC Nozzle Ionizer is suitable for high precision static electricity removal on light electrical work pieces, and spot static electricity removal on small work pieces.
