Our UL 508A certified control panel design and fabrication services are well-suited to the water and wastewater treatment sector. We build panels for pump station control, chemical feed systems, blower and aeration control, filtration sequencing, and SCADA integration. Because each treatment system has a different configuration, we don't offer standard catalog panels. Every build is engineered around the specific process requirements, I/O count, communication protocols, and enclosure ratings appropriate for the installation environment.

Our pneumatics expertise also plays a role in treatment plant automation. Pneumatically actuated valves are common in chemical feed, backwash, and bypass applications, and our team has deep experience selecting and integrating SMC pneumatic components for these duties. Hydraulic Systems for High-Demand Applications

Some water and wastewater applications require hydraulic power rather than pneumatic actuation, particularly in larger valve operations, sluice gate control, and high-force actuator applications. Pearse Bertram+ builds custom hydraulic power units ranging from 1/2 HP through 200 HP, with electro-hydraulic integration for applications that require coordinated electrical and hydraulic control. Our in-house fabrication and testing capabilities allow us to build and validate hydraulic systems before they leave our facility.
