Industrial Solenoid, Manual, and Piloted Valves

Parker Fluid Control Division

Specializing in 2 and 3-way solenoid operated control valves. Skinner solenoid valves offer a wide range of control options over the flow of liquids and gases in applications such as: dispensing to instrumentation, commercial equipment, machinery, medical/dental equipment, control systems and off-highway equipment.

Peter Paul

Peter Paul makes 2-way and 3-way miniature direct acting solenoid valves for handling any type of media. The valves are available in a variety of materials including brass, stainless, aluminum, and plastic. Valves are capable of handling pressures from vacuum to 3000 PSI, media up to 105 F and ambient temperatures of 77 F. The coils are offered with just about any voltage ranging from 1.0 volt up to 1000. They can be mounted inline or on a manifold.

SMC

SMC makes a variety of direct operated 2 and 3 port solenoid valves for air, gas, vacuum, water, steam and oil. Application can be matched by simply choosing body materials (brass, stainless steel), seal materials (NBR, EPR, FPM, PTFE) and the solenoid coil (class B, class H). They also make 3 and 4 way valves for actuation of air operated process valves.

Atkomatic

Atkomatic Solenoid Valves are manufactured from Type 316 Stainless Steel, Navel Bronze or Brass. They are available in Normally Open and Normally Closed configurations, that fall in pipe size ranges of 1/8? to 3?. These valves are based on three different categories: Direct Lift, Pilot-piston Pressure Operated, and Semi-direct Lift types, which handle pressure ranges from vacuum to 10,000 psig, and temperature ranges from ?423° F to +500° F (+750° F some models).

Process and Instrumentation Valves

Duravalve

Duravalve offers and stocks a complete line of actuated valve assemblies and stainless steel mounting kits for prompt deliveries. All brackets and couplings in our mounting kits are manufactured to accurate dimensions to assure exact fit and proper valve to actuator alignment.

Hoke

Hoke actuated valves are available for use in a wide variety of applications including on-off switching, selecting, sampling, and metering of fluids. Specific types of actuated valves include 90° Shut-Off Ball Valves, 3-Way, 4-Way and 5-Way Ball Valves, and Metering Valves. Pneumatically actuated valves provide 90° or 180° Operation only, while electric actuation is available for valves requiring multi-turn operation.

Plastomatic

Plastomatic makes thermoplastic pneumatically and electrically actuated ball valves in 2-way and 3-way configurations. They range in size from 1/2" - 2". Air x air and "fail safe" air x spring models available; converts easily between types. Manual override standard.

IPS

IPS makes a full line of machined PTFE valves in every variety including: 2 and 3-way solenoid valves, check valves, suck-back valves, diverter valves, metering valves, plug valves, ball valves, and many more. They are ideal for any high purity fluid handling.

Check and Flow Control Valves

Circle Seal

Circle Seal Controls offers a wide range of check valves. Operating pressure ranges include 0–25, 0–800, 0–3000, 0–5000, 0–6000, and 0–10,000 psig. Body materials typically include 303 and 316 stainless steel and brass. Operating temperatures cover −70° to +550° F (−390° to +288° C).

Stauff

Stauff valves feature a “Floating Ball” design which insures a positive, leak-free seal and automatically compensates for any seat wear or misalignment. They are available in carbon steel and stainless steel with working pressures up to 800 bar / 12000 PSI and temperatures up to +500 °C / +930 °F can be accommodated. No lubrication or maintenance required for the life of the valve.

Kobold

KOBOLD flowmeters for liquid and gas applications include paddle wheel flowmeters, variable area flowmeters, vortex flowmeters, turbine flowmeters, target flowmeters, oval gear meters, magnetic flowmeters and many more. KOBOLD also manufactures a variety of flow switches and flow transmitters.

Excess Flow Valves

Circle Seal

Circle Seal's XVH family of excess flow valves in stainless steel with a variety of seal materials. These valves automatically shut off supply lines when excess flow is sensed. This typically occurs when a hose or pipe ruptures. These are used as safety valves when little or no leakage/spillage can be tolerated.

Malema

The Malema's Safety Excess Flow Valves are engineered for fast automatic shut-off in case of line, hose, or fitting failure protecting plant, personnel, and instruments. Designed for protection of systems handling corrosive, toxic, radioactive, and flammable materials; the valve will instantly detect surges in the system and stop fluid flow. When the break is repaired and pressure equalized in the system, the valve will open to allow the fluid to flow through the system. The M Series operates effectively with all fluids, liquids, or gases.
